About Credit & Income
Credit & Income is an educational service created by CJ Silvas, CPA. We teach people how to review and improve their own credit, grow their income, and plan for taxes. We provide courses, free resources, templates, and guidance that you use yourself.
Credit & Income SMS Program
Credit & Income sends text messages to people who opt in through our website forms. Messages may include delivery of free resources you requested, reminders about classes and events, responses to your questions, customer support, and offers related to our credit and income education. Message frequency varies.
Opting out. You can stop text messages at any time. Reply STOP. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did the first time.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@creditandincome.com.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required to buy. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Industry standards. We follow applicable industry guidelines for text messaging, including CTIA best practices, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Education Only
Our courses, templates, and resources are for education. Credit & Income is not a credit repair organization and does not dispute items, contact credit bureaus, or contact creditors on your behalf. You decide what steps to take and you take them yourself.
Anything you can do with our materials, you also have the right to do on your own for free, including disputing inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus. You can get your free credit reports at https://www.annualcreditreport.com.
No Guarantees
We do not promise or guarantee any change to your credit score, any loan or credit approval, or any amount of income or tax savings. Accurate negative information generally cannot be removed from a credit report. Results depend on your own situation and actions, and they vary from person to person.

General information we share is not legal advice, personalized tax advice, or personalized financial or investment advice. CJ Silvas is a licensed CPA, but buying a course or using our free resources does not create a CPA and client relationship. Tax preparation or personalized tax services are offered only under a separate written engagement.

Prices and what each course includes are shown at checkout. We do not currently sell paid products. Refund terms will be posted with any paid product before purchase.

Course materials are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, or share them without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Credit & Income and CJ Silvas are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, courses, or resources.
